Bad Wolf-Muse like progressively hewn hard rock dynamics with a singer somewhat Morrissey-esque -vellyintelesting meeester Bond..Empire Affair- Coldplay-isms, Keane-isms but so brilliantly realized you have to dig it...chiming emoto-pop. Us Wolves-..Widescreen indie pop with impassioned vocals a bit like Doyle & The Fourfathers, has the same references, The Smiths as well as late 60's pop and early, early indie like James..Something Simple- plaintive strumming and melodic guitar figures- the vocal is suitably yearning and we're in the realm of AOR indie rock a la Ocean Colour Scene in ballad mode via Jeff Buckley- actually bloody good.
